Any BLE example in SDK 5.2.0 (e.g. ble_app_hrs) shows the memory settings if you open the BLE example project in Keil and select Options for Target -&gt; Target tab, there you can see the RAM and ROM settings.</p> <p>Use SDK 7.1.0, it can be used for your QFAAG0 board, look at <a href="http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF51_SDK/doc/7.1.0/s110/html/a00018.html">this documentation</a> to realize what you need to do.</p> <p>Packs feature was first introduced in nRF51 SDK 7.0.0</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
