Where are the memory setting requirements documented for S110 6.2.1? IRAM1?

Having just upgraded to the latest Keil and SDK I realise the devices I have here are QFAAG0.
For S110 6.2.1, you should use nRF SDK 5.2.0. Any BLE example in SDK 5.2.0 (e.g. ble_app_hrs) shows the memory settings if you open the BLE example project in Keil and select Options for Target -> Target tab, there you can see the RAM and ROM settings.

Use SDK 7.1.0, it can be used for your QFAAG0 board, look at this documentation to realize what you need to do.

Packs feature was first introduced in nRF51 SDK 7.0.0
