I am developing a PCB with a nRF51822 BLE chip and I need some help with communication between my PCB and Windows 8.1.
I have already managed to establish a led/button service, and it works fine. Now I need more complex data transfer which

RE: NRF51822 guru wanted

Are you looking for a personal guru that can guide you? If you have USB dongle PCA10000 then I can offer you two modified apps using BLE UART for easier startup.
1 - app for usb dongle (S120 central); 2 - app for your peripheral device using S110.
USB dongle than searches for any devices with specified name and connects opening transparrent UART channel. On your PC dongle appears as COM port and you can send and receive any messages using any terminal (I use Docklight). For mobile you can use Nordic UART app to send any commands.
