Yes Blinky application works.

I got it now. I had a mistake in my code. I used the function printf(), which works ok in the debugger mode but not when you want to use the board standalone. I guess it causes an error in the application.

Yes, it should be like that. Do you use Segger with J-Link to load the application? Which example are you using?

I will suggest to use BLE Blinky Application to start.
