Hi,

Try to click the 3 dots next to the CONNECT button and select LE coded as the preferred PHY. It will attempt to use LE 1M by default.

I compared the example you uploaded (https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/40476/unable-to-convert-to-long-range-after-looking-at-umpteen-examples--/157300#157300 ) to the original UART base project from the SDK's examples, and I tried to implement those changes in ble_app_att_mtu_throughput_test which I was testing with, but still couldn't get the ble_app_att_mtu_throughput_test project to advertise and connect in coded_phy.

So now I am leaving behind the ble_app_att_mtu_throughput_test and I am trying to test the distances with the example you uploaded.

The using the example you sent me: the unit indeed advertises using coded phy, but I could not connect.

I am trying to connect via nRF Connect application on a mobile phone which supports BT5 coded_phy feature (OnePlus 6)

I'd appreciate you help.

Hi,
