Just the .emProject file alone isn't very helpful.

Can you zip the top folder of your example, including the main.c file, and the Segger project files?

At minimum something like this:
ble_app_uart_stripped.zip

What about my question about having peripherals connected to the central when you try to connect to it?

How many central connection do you have when the problem occurs?

Essentially it will open up multiple central links, and at the same time advertise to establish a peripheral connection with a phone.

Feel free to have a look at this code, and see if you can spot anything missing from your own example.

Alternatively you can zip your project and send it to me, and I will try to find the issue in the code.

Do you have any peripherals connected to the central when you try to connect to it?

Did you remember to increase not only the number of peripheral links, but the total number of links?

This should be equal to the number of central links plus the number of peripheral links supported.
