 I also think my question seems wired, but I have a situation to make same production of 2 type about BT exist. 
 I will use 3rd party BT module when BT type product, there are no problem.

&lt;p&gt;Would there also be no need for radio certification (for any certification authority worldwide including Japan, Korea, Brazil etc.) if the device had both an nRF BLE wireless MCU plus a pcb based antenna or U.FL socket but the antenna circuit components are not fitted between the nRF and the antenna/socket?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#39;t see any issues with using the nRF52832 without radio certification if you&amp;#39;re not going to use the radio.&lt;/p&gt;
