&lt;p&gt;I see that you&amp;#39;re using the SoftDevice, so I suggest using the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.nordic.infocenter.s140.api.v6.1.0%2Fgroup___n_r_f___s_o_c___f_u_n_c_t_i_o_n_s.html&amp;amp;anchor=ga774947ee0e200456ea3aec3fc7f8bd6b"&gt;sd_power_system_off&lt;/a&gt;() function. Are you able to find out which interrupt that is triggered when you go to sleep? Also, __WFE could be an option, as an event is required to wake you up instead of an interrupt.&lt;/p&gt;
