At some point, it probably will, but I don't know when that will be. The link I provided had a few suggestions to Bluetooth sniffers both that worked with BLE5 devices and not.

Even though your phone supports BLE5, you don't have to use BLE5 specific features when using it. The nRFSniffer should be able to detect any non-BLE5 specific packets (that is, anything that isn't long range or 2Mbps PHY).

Is there a plan to support BLE5 sniffer ?

My phone:: Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 supports BLE5. is there any application that can detect BLE5 devices?

Looks like BLE5 is already gaining momentum in terms of devices/module - but there is lack of tools suport

The nRF Sniffer is compatible with the nRF52840 DK but does not yet support BLE5 packet sniffing. For a Bluetooth 5 packet sniffer, I would suggest having a look at this Sniffer tutorial.
