The firmware update apparently failed, and now I have a bricked PCA10000. Many thanks, nRFgo studio found the PCA10000 and fixed the Segger part, then Master Control panel was able to re-flash the nRF part(as I understand it). Seems to be all good now.
Thanks again. The support is awesome from you guys.

RE: pca10000 firmware update failed

Plug the non-working one into your computer and open nRFgo Studio (64-bit version or 32-bit version.

This time it worked, and I've come to the conclusion that the first one was bricked because Control Panel was trying to update the firmware before all the device driver installation had completed. So is there any way to fix this bricked PCA10000 I wonder?
