do not mistaken with the 32Khz low freq. I was talking about the high freq. The BLE won't work without a that crystal. It's been to long I've work with the nrf51822. I don't remember the exact register but you can do a search in the data sheet for 32MHz. You'll find it.

Also, when you say the module, do you mean the BLE module? According to our datasheet, it is not using Crystal Oscillator.

The module uses a 32MHz crystal instead of the default 16MHz like on the DK. Have you checked that ? There is a register that you need to set in order order to use the 32MHz. Without it, BLE won't work properly.
