No, I was using master, but I see the same problem after I tried using "vcpkg-fix-temporary-fix-spdlog-until-vcpkg-release".

Anyway, you are right, I don't need that as I'm building 4.1.1. I was looking at the wrong Readme file.

Did you remember to checkout branch "fix/temporary-fix-spdlog-until-vcpkg-release" after cloning Nordics vcpkg fork?

There is no command to install spdlog in v4.1.1 tag instruction.

The developer has now merged a temporary fix to the issue. Please have a look at the pull request.

[EDIT]: Is there any specific reason that you want to use the master branch? In general, we recommend using the latest release version.

Hello Jørgen,

I did not try, as the doc explicitely requires "--head" to be specified (and only for spdlog), I did not want to take the risk to have it compile but later have unexpected behaviour...

Any chance we can contact the team that required --head to be specified?

Hi,

I see the same error (only for x86) when testing this on my setup.

Did you manage to compile the driver after installing with "vcpkg install spdlog"? If you did, I suppose this could be a good workaround.
