&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/clock.html?cp=3_1_0_18_3_0#unique_1861058799"&gt;The frequency of the HFINT is&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;64 MHz&amp;nbsp; with min &amp;lt;±1.5% and max&amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;±6%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I don&amp;#39;t think that you can measure the frequency in software with high enough accuracy, you can try to measure directly on the crystal if you have a probe with low enough capacitance, but i&amp;#39;m not sure if that will work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
