&lt;p&gt;At the SDK below you can see just&amp;nbsp;three &amp;quot;&lt;strong&gt;NRF_CLOCK&amp;quot;&lt;/strong&gt; options to choose from and there is not LFXO rail to rail like you suggest.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please advise.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Have you checked what the Product Specification for your chip says?&lt;/p&gt;
