Did you reset the Thingy with the button pressed to re-activate the bootloader?

If the DFU doesn't work the alternative is to flash the Thingy using the 10-pin J-Link connector on the side of the USB port (you need to remove the rubber casing to reveal it).
You can use a standard nRF52/nRF52840 DK as a programmer, but the 10-pin cable must be purchased separately.

I made the download with thingy:52 github FW, i used the nRF Toolbox connected with ThingyDFU and i made the upload and the app returns me a DFU FILE ERROR. And i don't know how to made a firmware replace without DFU.

Yes, i tried with DFU, but don't work.
