Again, it's hard for me to say exactly what is happening in your application when I don't know anything about it.

I don't which version of the SDK you are working with, or what kind of modifications you have made to the UART example.

I would suggest that you try to debug your application to see where your are running into this issue. We have a short tutorial on how to debug on youtube:

moreover once it disconnect , device is not advertising until i am resetting why

again i am facing same issue why? working fine at beginning after some time it getting disconnect. do i need to change any code in program

Hard to say what could be causing your issue. I suggest you try debugging your application to find out exactly where and what is happening.
