Can't Flash the code

I'm using the particle xenon. it was running fine before I change the firmware and flash my own. Even when I flash the HEX file in the example it's working fine.

Compare the GPIO's when failing/working, likely one of them is floating (for instance try to add pull up on UART RXD).
