You can set it to 6.4M, but it's outside the specification. Max value within spec is 4000 kHz, see this link.

from the post ,"Max sample rate is 48kHz for stereo" ,i set parameters like this: MCK = 6.4M，and CONFIG.RATIO =64 ,16bit and stereo is also setted,we can get 100kHz，and it worked well in my test.so i dont know if i set it in a wrong way.
