 I am want to do wake up on motion when any threshold value generated by icm 20948 accelerometer I want to send an interrupt from icm 20948 to nrf52832 to wake up from sleep mode.

Then connect this pin to the Wake on Motion interrupt pin of the ICM 20948. See this thread for example&lt;/p&gt;
