 is it possible to localize the chip via the NB technology.? I red that this is supported by the NB standard. 
 When I switch on NB supporte systemmode the gps sample is not working.

&lt;p&gt;As for now we support cell ID base location and GPS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;to localize via triangulation. But I think thats not possible at the moment. The only way to localize the nrf9160 dev kit is via the GPS functionallity, isn&amp;#39;t it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The modem firmware that is public now only supports running NB-IoT and GPS separately.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That means that you can turn the modem &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fref_at_commands%2FREF%2Fat_commands%2Fmob_termination_ctrl_status%2Fxsystemmode_set.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;off then switch modes&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;The GPS sample sets the modem firmware mode to GPS automatically.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
