Yes, we have bootloader projects which support DFU over BLE for this chip.

Hi,

He's discussing DFU on the nRF51 series, so it does not apply to the 52810. Bootloader projects for this chip can be found in SDK 15.3.0, see \nRF5_SDK_15.3.0_59ac345\examples\dfu\secure_bootloader\pca10040e_ble_debug.
