&lt;li&gt;Yes this should be done automatically when nRESET is configured.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I haven&amp;#39;t seen any cases where a stronger pull up has been required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Yes, the internal pull up is 13 kOhm.&lt;/li&gt;
