We are using the VDDH REG0 regulator. Some of our ICs turn ON with no problem. And even when loaded with around 20 ohms on the VDD they still start with no problem. How many Eng. C chips have you tested, and how many of them are experiencing the startup failure? None of the chips fail startup if the VDD pin is not&nbsp;externally supplied during startup right?
