You can download the offline documentation and the SDK from http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF5_SDK/. This is often faster than infocenter.

I believe Andrew and Wikipedia answered your Lint question.

It's better to stick to just 1 question per thread - people looking at the forum see only the title, so won't know that there is a Lint question hiding in thread titled "documentation".

Yes, the InfoCentre does seem a bit slow at the moment.
