Note that the NFC function has to be specifically disabled if you want to use the NFC pins as GPIO:

it's not used, cause we drew a new board, and changed I2C to 8&9, but does not work

The I2C pins are reconfigurable.

I am guessing you are using the nrf52-dk and thus you won't be able to use Pin 8 and Pin 9 as they are already is use by UART and NFC. Take a look at the Development Kit User Guide (page 16).
