Thank you. I have resolved that becouse of you.

the nRF52 UART 2.0 is requested location permission check above 6.0(API 23).

I have confirmed Android Settings -> Apps -> nRF UART 2.0 -> Permissions and make sure Location is enabled.

If Who have same problem, I think this content help you resolve.

As Simonr said, It should have checked location permission above android 6.0.

That's a double negative!

You mean either "it does not scan anything" or "it scans nothing" - yes?

Do you have a specific reason for using the source?

If not, then just use the one from the app store!

If you do need the source, then you're going to have to debug it!

I think Android 9 is quite recent - so, quite possibly, they have changed something which breaks the GitHub code. Some security policy or setting is most likely...

Enable the "HCI Snoop Log" on both of your devices - then compare the "working" and "non-working" sequences...

Are you using the unmodified SDK example on your nRF52832?
- Yes. nRF52 uploaded "ble_app_uart".

What happens if you download the app from the Android store:
- it can scan devices well. But "nRF52 UART 2.0" git source is not scanning on android 9.0 when Build and upload my smartphon on android studio.

- No. it do not scan nothing.

- Yes. nRF toolBox, nRF Connect can scan device.

Works OK on my Sony Xperia XA2 ...
(I downloaded the app from the Play Store)
- nRF UART 2.0 app is scanning well from the Play Store, the downloaded source from git is not.

I've seen a similar issue with the nRF UART v2.0 application and Android 9.0 where the pairing wouldn't work if you have the Location services turned off. Could you try enabling location services in your phone settings?
