&lt;p&gt;What do you mean by that?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Normally, a &amp;quot;Development Board&amp;quot; is a thing provided &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;to&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/em&gt;developers in order for them to gain familiarity with the product, tools, etc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nordic have such a Development Board for the nRF9160:&lt;/p&gt;
