&lt;p&gt;This points toward you having an outdated modem firmware, can you check that you&amp;#39;ve updated the modem firmware to the latest version, you can do that &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-Tools/Development-Kits/nRF9160-DK/Download#infotabs"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
