Ok. I've got it. You have create POST request with proper fileid (you can find it by manually downloading the file and looking for request to DownloadPlatform). This is working solution (for now) for nRF CL Tools 9.8.1:

Thank you Amanda Hsieh for nudging me in the right direction. Tried looking for direct link earlier, but stopped when I've got to /DownloadPlatform and didn't check requests.

Whole 'toolchain installation' must be automatic.

It needs to be accessed from the web. Private hosting is an option but I wanted to know if there is any way of downloading it from the source (Nordic website) - as it has been done before they changed how download works on their site.

Wouldn't it just be easier to download manually, and then keep a copy of the download - and work with that?
