It appears the erasing and reprogramming of the connectivity tool fixed the whitescreen issues I had. Thank you for your help.

Hi,

haakonsh asked me to handle this case while he is out-of-office.

Can you try erasing flash on the connectivity device? (E.g. "nrfjprog -e".)

Can you try installing the latest release of nRF Command Line Tools (including accepting to install the latest version of the JLink driver)?

I realized I hadn't tried running the app from command-line yet so I did that and got an actual error message this time.

This message popped up after the screen turned white. Before that there were no messages and after there were none either. I tried running a performance profile during the crash which ended up not working either.

Try pressing 'Shift + Ctrl + i' and look for error messages in the console that should appear.

Thank you for your reply. I powercycled the connected devices and deleted all the config files for nrfConnect in my home folder. The problem sadly still persists. I also downgraded the version 2.6.2 which has the exact same issue.

The 2.7.0 update has seen some problems. I recommend doing a clean reinstall of nRF connect.
Sometimes the programs hang if the DKs are not attached or in a weird state, usually, a power cycle fixes it.
