Unfortunately, Ubuntu 14.04 is too old to run nRF Connect v3.2.0. Please see this post.

Hi Amanda,

Unfortunately, I have the same problem. My system is Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. I have already removed AppImage file 3.2.0 and run 2.4.0, instead. The problem still happen. Do I need to run on Ubuntu 18.04. Please help. Danke schon.

Hi,

We're sorry for the inconvenience regarding nRF Connect 2.7.0 and are aware of the issues. Did the JLink/JTrace v6.44e Software pack solve all issues for you? At the moment, we urge people to downgrade to v2.6.2 as a workaround.
