Before thinking about designing a custom board, you need to spend time with that board to get familiar with the chip, the tools, etc.

Hello Auangkun,

First, you should ensure that your custom board is according to our reference layout, which you can find under Schematics and layout for nRF9160 in the Download section of nRF9160. A good source can also be the nRF9160 DK, which covers antenna design as well.

After this, you should ensure that you have the latest version of NCS (nRF Connect SDK), which is available through nRF Connect for Desktop using the Getting Started Assistant v0.9.3.
