Again, if you were using the Nordic Dev Kit, people would know what you are talking about!

I am using J-Link Lite Cortex M as a debugger.

So you mean that I should start with nRFgo starter kit. But I am an internship student and I have to use like this.

Could you give some advice to me about connections. I could not find so many docs on the net about connections like me.

Now, I connect 3.3v to pin 2 on K1 and ground to gnd on P5. Is it correct?

What "debugger" are you using?

Usually, a debugger does not supply power to the target - so, yes: you will have to provide power.

I would strongly suggest that you start by using a Nordic Development Kit - this will give you:

Known-good, working hardware
Hardware which is known by others - so it will be easier to support you
Ready-to-use examples
An on-board J-Link

You should use this to gain familiarity with the product and the tools.

Note that nRF51 is not recommended for new BLE designs and not supported by recent SDKs:
