Or if you able to use ulink2 with nrf51822, then surely post one short article about the same . I am using segger jlink lite for this. Good luck. Before trying to answer you, i would like to know what board you are using? any 3rd party module or dev kit?to program the nrf chip you just need 4 pins according to me, one is vdd, gnd, SWDIO and SWCLK, and the supported cortext M0 programmer.
