Okey problem solved. I did the connection you said. And i reinstall keil. Firstly, i loaded the "flash_mbr" after that i load blinky example now it's working fine. Thank You !

I measured SWDCLK pin 3.2 Volts on my custom board. Is this normal ?

Edit_1 :I connected "VDD" of my board to "VTG" of DK. After this, i connected "GND" of my board to "GND DETECT" of DK(SWDIO and SWDCLK not connected). I measured "VTG" and "GND" on P13 and it is about 2.7 Volts. Also, i measured "VTG" and "GND" of my board and it's about 3.29 Volts.

I think 2.7 volts is not enough for detecting VDD of my board.

My Board(nRF52810) -> nRF52840-DK

SWDIO -> SH_SWDIO on P20

SWDCLK -> SH_SWDCLK on P20

VDD -> VTG on P20 and VTG ->VDD nRF on P20

GND -> GND_DETECT on P20

I switch off my board power supply. Now it's detect the nrf52840 on the DK, not 52810.

Should i connect "GND Detect" pin to "Ground" on P13? Is there anything necceserry to use NRF52840 DK in J-Link mode ? For example, when i use ST-Link on STM32F429 as external debugger, i remove the jumper on st-link.

Hello,

Please try with this solution: Connect VTG (pin3) to VDD_nRF (pin1) on P20, then power your board using the VDD_nRF (pin1) on P20 on your nRF52840 DK. See explanation here.
