That's really nothing to do with Nordic - you will need to consult the developer documentation for you mobile OS for that; eg,

and seek out mobile developer resources for that platform ...

I am aware that it depends on the phones/tablets/PCs connection with multiple BLE Peripherals, but my query is how i can take the data from two peripherals at same time and display on mobile Application. So, from application how i can handle?

any code reference..?

How many concurrent connections can be supported depends upon the particular Central - ie, your phone/tablet/PC/whatever.

So you will have to RTFM for whatever Central you are using.

In general, phones/tablets/PCs can connect to multiple BLE Peripherals simultaneously.
