Hi Martin,

We have managed to get rest of the boards working after resoldering them a few times. Also, we put the new version fo the firmware on them, and they work with application firmware.

Hi Martin, I have tested this with Voja, using the latest nrfjprog 10.2.1 and Jlink 6.44e and the problem persists. As outlined in the other issues, we ahve nto yet upgraded the modem firmware as we can not run code with the new firmware on our custom boards of an yet unknown reason, however we have a few working with this one.

Hi Voja,

I have a suspicion that this can be related to your 'nrfjprog' version.
We have seen that if you are not using the latest 10.2.1 version there can appear issues similar to this when flashing.

Please update the nrfjprog to the latest, and then make sure to delete everything from the application side 'nrfjprog -e' before you re-flash the application.

You are highly recommended to update to mfw v1.0.0 as well. (since you cannot go into production with an older modem firmware)

Both custom boars have the same firmware, just non-working is scanning just band 20, because NB-IoT is on that channel in our region.

Hi Martin,

Yes, I am using the old version because I have tried new yesterday when it got out and it did not work wor me. One board has new modem firmware but application firmware does not work on it. In the attachment, you will see the output of the board with new modem firmware, output1_new_mod_fw.txt

Hi Voja,
This could well be a hardware issue, but I notice that you are using an older modem firmware.
Please try to update to the latest modem firmware.

Also, it would be beneficial if you could share the output log from a working vs. a non-working module.
