I agree with awneil, the nRF52832 is a better choice if you need S132.

From the Master Boot Record and Bootloader section in the S132 SoftDevice Documentation:
"The MBR is necessary for the bootloader to update the SoftDevice, or to update the bootloader itself. The MBR is a required component in the system. The inclusion of a bootloader is optional."

Then the nRF52810 is probably not a good choice!

The nRF52810 is a cut-down low-memory chip specifically for simple applications.

If you're needing to do Master and Peripheral simultaneously, the nRF52832 is probably a better choice.

At least, I would strongly recommend that you get this working first on nRF52832. Once you have it working, then you can have an informed basis for thinking about whether it's worthwhile - or even possible - to optimise it for the smaller chip.
