 I am using ble_app_hrs_c to connect my heart rate watch 
 I can set m_target_periph_name to search for devices with the same name and connect ,

Then you would need the IRK in order to resolve the address, which you can get by bonding with the device. If it uses e.g. a Private Resolvable address, that approach won&amp;#39;t work.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
