I've upgraded the nRF Connect to the v3.0.0 version, because Power Monitor requires the most up-to-date version. I did everything like in the manual. I tried to run the nRF Connect as root but it still doesn't work and I receive the same error.

Could you please try upgrading to nRF Connect v3.0.0 (see link). You cannot upgrade via the app. You will need to use the link provided instead. Did you prepare everything like stated in the documentation?

I've noticed that LED1 on the nRF52DK doesn't blink, too.
