I'm new to the nRF52 and to ANT, so I'm in the process of running through some of the example code. I've been able to successfully run blinky example. However, I haven't been able to do the same using the ANT examples.

Because it is not one of the supported ANT+ USB devices.

What you should be able to do with Antware and the Ant+ USB is opening a channel to the running NRF52 device - while the example code is running of course.
