What are you actually trying to do?

To load firmware, a development IDE - such as Keil or Segger Embedded Studio - would be more appropriate.

Yes, definitely is a DK. It must be a backend or database problem not to recognize the device ID as a DK.

Note that you can use Alt+PrinScreen to capture just the active window - instead of the entire screen.
