 I would like to know which PCB surface finish would be used for bluetooth application. There are HASL, OSP and ENIG. nRF51822 IC chip and PCB trace antenna will be used.

&lt;p&gt;Typically any of them can be used, we do not require any specific finish, but you need to make sure with your EMS that they can support the necessary pitch etc.&lt;/p&gt;
