But I wonder also, if there is any document or something like that to guide you, how to write your application "BLE Application" in terms of the new technique, something like user manual?

You can try the examples from "Team Bluetooth Low Energy". Go to Import -> Program and search for BLE.

Go to "Import" -> "Program" and type "BLE" in the search box. Then see which has a tag of nRF51 and click that tag.
