Is there a good reason you need to use SDK v15.3? If not, I would just use 15.2 instead.

Because above example is not working for the sdk 15.3

so can you have any procedure for the timer int, create, start and stop w.r.t sdk15.3.

and how to start, stop the advertising? what is the proper procedure?
