I've never looked into it - you'll have to do that.

Again, it will have to be something that the mobile OS supports internally - so you'll need to study your mobile OS documentation to find out.

The documentation of that example tells you the app required to connect to it!

The Nordic UART Service (NUS) is a proprietary service - it is not going to do anything without an App which recognises it.

Yes I am used "ble_app_uart" sdk example but it is not possible to connect my mobile without using nrf connect.

Only if it is behaving as a device which the phone's OS can recognise without the aid of an app ...
