Okay, I can't guarantee that it will work on your WIndows 7 machine, as those are no longer supported, but you can download v2.3.3 of the programmer app from developer.nordicsemi.com/.../pc-nrfconnect-programmer-1.0.2.tgz

I am using windows 7 and opened nRF connect programmer v3.0.0 then nRF52 DK device not found for the connection.

I'll need to specifically request a download link for the programmer version you're looking for internally. Why exactly do you need the 2.3.3 version, I would thing v3.0.0 both has bug fixes and new/improved features.

Please do the following in order to downgrade to an older version of nRFConnect apps.

Download and install nRFConnect.
Uninstall the current nRFConnect programmer version by clicking the dropdown tab and uninstall.
Close nRFConnect
Download and place the .tgz file in C:\Users\<username>\.nrfconnect-apps\local\.
Open nRFConnect and run the app. You should now be using the version you placed in the \local\ folder.

could you post instructions on how you downgraded to nrfconnect-programmer-1.0.2? I tried searching for the exe file but it seems like it still runs on "C:\Users\C\AppData\Local\Programs\nrfconnect\nRF Connect.exe" --args --open-official-app pc-nrfconnect-programmer --source official

Hi Andreas,

the pc-nrfconnect-ble-2.2.1 is working, but the ppk seems to be for nRFConnect 3.

I fiddled a bit with the links and could download pc-nrfconnect-ble-2.2.1.tgz, pc-nrfconnect-ppk-2.1.0.tgz, pc-nrfconnect-programmer-1.0.2.tgz, pc-nrfconnect-rssi-1.1.0.tgz

Now my setup is working again.

Note that it's not advised to downgrade.
