 According to C:\nRF91\mfwnrf9160100\README.txt below, I should use nRF Connect Programmer to update modem firmware

&lt;p&gt;Now my other question is whether I need to update the Segger Embedded Studio v416 which is located at C:\Users\advanchip\Documents\arm_segger_embedded_studio_v416_win_x64_nordic\.&amp;nbsp; If so, please tell me how to do it and how to verify if I have the latest&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;#39;nrfjprog&amp;#39;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

The detected device could not be recognized as neither JLink device nor Nordic USB device.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;quot; and the &amp;quot;Update modem&amp;quot; was grey out.&lt;/p&gt;

It sorts it out after that. You click the update modem button in the bottom right corner.
