I have an n-minute timer that can kick off the first one, but I need to run the second and third samplings in succession after that.

&lt;p&gt;As long as you wait until the end of the interrupt before you restart the ADC (after clearing the END event and reconfiguring the ADC) I can&amp;#39;t foresee any problems.&lt;/p&gt;
