&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not sure if disabling the nRF52 would solve the problem as the Interface IC&amp;nbsp;could possibly face some issues when it tries to program the nRF52 when VTG and GND isn&amp;#39;t detected properly. I would instead recommend fixing the issue with VTG and GND instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
