Can you program other SDK 15.3.0 projects through Keil?

Ans:Yes

Does the original bootloader example work?

Ans:in SDk example code you are given pca10040_ble and pca10040_ble_debug code.

pca10040_ble it's working fine but i can not debug it because it's limitation.

that's why i am using pca10040_ble_debug example code.and it's not debug code

Before one year ago i had use in sdk 10 example that is working fine

yup if we are using hex file then it's loded successfully.

in my application already we have using in BLE dfu , It;s Working Fine

But i want to make BLE + UART dfu that's why i needed Debugging code.

That is strange. Are you able to program and debug other SDK examples? Have you tried to program the same hex with nrfjprog?

Hi,

The IC does not have a JTAG interface, only SWD. Maybe that's why the erase fails. Check if "SW" is selected in the Jlink settings.

Thanks for confirming that it's not a build issue. Could you also include the log when you are attempting to flash the device?

Also, try to do a full chip erase first with nrfjprog or with the programmer app.

e.g., nrfjprog --erase

Does the project build without any errors? Please post the Build output log in case it provides more information about the flashing issue.
